RETURNS & EXCHANGES
we offer store credit or exchanges only for orders that didn't work out & are still in original condition. returns must be initiated within 30 days from the courier's date of delivery. to start a return, contact us.
store credit will be offered via gift card. once we receive your return, the amount you paid for your bikini will be loaded onto a virtual gift card and sent to your email.
- we do not offer refunds
- we do not offer free return shipping
- the amount paid for shipping on your original order will not be refunded
- all products must be in original condition: tags must be attached, no stains or smells, and hygienic stickers must not be tampered with
- order information must accompany the return package. either include a print out of the order confirmation email or write the original order number on the outside of the package

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
If you made realize you made a mistake after completing your order, no worries. As long as you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, we can make the necessary adjustments to your order.
