SHIPPING COSTS 

we offer free standard shipping on orders of $70 CAD or more within Canada and the USA. for orders under $70 CAD or express shipping, costs are detailed below: 

please note: 

  • we do not offer free return shipping.
  • should you return your bikini, the amount paid for shipping on your original order will not be credited to you.

SHIPPING TIMES

our website is open for orders 24/7. please allow two business days for your orders to be processed and shipped. once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking information included. this tracking information will also include an expected delivery date, which is determined by the courier. 

SHIPPING POLICY

CECE SWIM reserves the right to select which courier services are used for order shipments. once your order has shipped, it has left our warehouse and our ability to interfere with packages is limited. 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

because CECE SWIM is a Canadian company that ships out of Canada, there will be no customs or duties fees for shipping to our customers within Canada. if you are located outside of Canada, it is out of our control whether you will be charged customs or duties fees.

RETURNS

we offer store credit or exchanges only for orders that didn't work out & are still in original condition. returns must be initiated within 30 days from the courier's date of delivery. to start a return, contact us

store credit will be offered via gift card. once we receive your return, the amount you paid for your bikini will be loaded onto a virtual gift card and sent to your email. 

please note: 

  • we do not offer refunds.
  • we do not offer free return shipping.
  • the amount paid for shipping on your original order will not be refunded.
  • all products must be in original condition: tags must be attached, no stains or smells, and hygienic stickers must not be tampered with.
  • order information must accompany the return package. either include a print out of the order confirmation email or write the original order number on the outside of the package.

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

if you made realize you made a mistake after completing your order, no worries! as long as you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, we can make the necessary adjustments to your order. if your order has already shipped, unfortunately we cannot make modifications. send us an email at help@ceceswim.com to see how we can help you.
